Meet Our Alumni
Class of 2022
"For me, the most positive aspect of the program was skill building. The simulation, workshops, and homework not only allowed me to dive deeper into behavioral health, but allowed me to practice my skills in the setting I wanted to build my career in.”
“The most positive aspect of my time during the IBH program was practicing the client simulations! Although it can be nerve-racking, having the opportunity to work through a realistic case scenario helps to see the different scenarios a social worker can experience. I also enjoyed learning about child maltreatment in the IBH program because it relates to situations I encounter at the children's hospital. I would recommend IBH to anyone! The advice I have for future IBH-MSW candidates is to enjoy learning the curriculum at Baylor and practice those clinical skills without fear!"
"The monthly stipend helped me to not focus as much on work during my last year of the program. I would advise future cohorts that if they are given the opportunity to participate in this wonderful opportunity, to take advantage of the IBH Certificate program."
